CommunityX is operated by HRTX BUSINESSMEN ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES – FZCO, Dubai, UAE.
What we collect
Brand inquiries: company, name, email, phone, website, message. "Join CommunityX" applications: full name, emirate and area, WhatsApp number, email, and the Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or Snapchat handles you share. Portal accounts: name, email, phone, area, languages, phone model, niche, social links, availability, Advertiser Permit status and number, and a password stored only as a salted hash.
Why
To answer inquiries, match creators to campaigns, manage deliverables and pay creators. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where
The data is stored on Cloudflare (D1 database). Access is limited to CommunityX administrators. When you apply to join, a copy of your application is emailed to the CommunityX team through our email provider (Resend or Cloudflare Email Service). If you are approved, we contact you on WhatsApp with the Community invite.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at hello@getcommunityx.com. Creators can edit their profile in the portal at any time.
